Yoga in Reading

If you live in or near Reading and you want to learn yoga there are quite a few teachers to choose from. It is more popular than Pilates because yoga is better established in the UK and has been practised in India for as much as 3,000 years.

One-to-one classes are the best way to make fast progress. Your teacher will choose assanas (exercises) that are best suited to your body and your goals. Expect to pay around £35 per session (1 hour or 1.5 hours).

Group classes are a good option for trying yoga out and keeping the cost down. The smaller the class size, the more attention you will receive from the teacher. Expect to pay around £10 per class (1.5 hours).
