There are a number of places where you can learn yoga in Kuala Lumpur. Yoga is much more established in KL than Pilates and people are generally more aware of the benefits it provides for body and mind.

Where to learn yoga in KL

Here is a list of some of the places where you can learn yoga in KL.

1. Sophia Oh - Sophia is not currently in Kuala Lumpur. When Sophia is the Malaysia, you will be able to see a list of her courses and classes via this website.
2. Manasa Yoga - This is a yoga studio located in SS2 (Petaling Jaya). The studio is well established and offers good value for money although class sizes can be high (more than 20 people). Start by looking at their website.
3. Lightworks - This is a new studio located in central KL (Bukit Bintang area) with a thoughfully designed and relaxing space. The studio also has a small shop which sells meditation and relaxation CDs and an interesting selection of books.
